The Role :
We are seeking a passionate Primary SEN Teacher to work at our partnered esteemed SEN School based in King's Lynn. As a SEN Teacher, you will develop and deliver engaging lessons that are adapted to the individual needs of students with a range of SEN, such as learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or physical disabilities. You will provide emotional support to students, helping them build self-esteem, confidence, and social skills and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, respected, and confident.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with a range of SEN.
- Support the emotional, social, and academic development of students, ensuring they have the best opportunity to succeed.
- Work closely with other staff members, including Teaching Assistants and SEN specialists, to implement individualised learning plans.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and confident.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to parents, carers, and external professionals as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Primary Teacher with experience in teaching students with SEN (QTS required).
- A compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience in planning and delivering differentiated lessons in an SEN setting is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional learning needs and helping them achieve their potential.
