Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, term-time only
About the Role:
In this role, you will support students aged 11-16 with special educational needs, including Autism. Collaborating with our experienced teaching team, you will provide assistance in the classroom and engage students in outdoor activities such as Bushcraft and life skills. Your support will be essential in fostering both academic achievement and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support while ensuring students' safety and well-being.
- Assist students in reaching the objectives outlined in their Education and Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
- Utilize positive behaviour management strategies suited to each student.
- Keep accurate records of incidents, accidents, and health and safety matters.
- Foster teamwork and encourage positive social interactions among students.

- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4 or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
