■About the CompanyOur client is a leading global eCommerce company’s Japan branch, focused on growth within the Japanese market. Their company values trust, creativity, and local support, aiming to provide rich experiences for both users and business partners.■Role and ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Seller Acquisition team, this role drives growth by recruiting Japanese sellers suited for cross-border logistics models. Working with onboarding, incubation, and marketing teams, you will ensure smooth onboarding and sustainable performance for new sellers.■ Main tasks include・Generate and acquire leads by targeting best-fit (Local fulfillment) sellers based on comprehensive market intelligence such as B2B/B2C or on/offline export and local demands on Japanese products, but not limited to. ・Build strong and trusted relationships with (new) key enablers/players, such as TP, ERP, and logistics partners for high-quality of seller acquisition・Be responsible for working with potential new sellers by having a solid recommendation on market/ category/ SKU selection for SLS/ local fulfillment service onboarding・Be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding journey by improving, standardizing, and optimizing by working with relevant teams・Be responsible for tracking, monitoring and improving the performance of new sellers#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
求められる経験
■Requirements:
・Ability to create your own path and to work in a fast-moving environment
・At least 3 years of working experience in relevant professional background (e-commerce, retail, business development)
・Cross-border ecommerce or FBA experience (at least one year) is a plus
・Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using a solution-focused, action biased and creative approach
・Entrepreneurship and ability to add value by driving initiatives
・Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills backed with analytical skill
・Work well with cross-functional teams in a pressured environment maintaining a positive, team-player mindset
・Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills to manage and negotiate with various partners
・Strong data management ability or willingness to learn is a must
