1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and
revenue targets for EV connectors.
2. Identify and target potential customers and market segments like EV Charger
Manufacturers , OEMs, Automobile manufacturers to expand the customer base and increase
sales.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, addressing their
needs and providing exceptional customer service.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer
preferences, and competitive positioning.
5. Collaborate with the marketing & engineering teams to create effective marketing
campaigns, promotional material, and digital content to enhance brand awareness and
generate leads.
6. Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, and reports to the Management, highlighting
key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities.
7. Lead and motivate the sales team, setting segment sales targets, monitoring performance,
and providing coaching and support to achieve sales goals.
8. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish the
company's presence, build relationships, and generate leads.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the EV industry, including technological
advancements, regulatory changes, and market trends, and incorporate them into sales andmarketing strategies.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, operations, and
customer support, to ensure effective product launches, order fulfillment, and customer
satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
1) BE / B.Tech- Electrical, E&TC, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Mechanical
2) 10 -15 years of experience in sales and marketing in automotive / related relevant Industry
