• Reporting to the Security Operations Manager, this position is responsible for monitoring & responding to security threats within the Security Operations Centre of a large-scale investments company in Melbourne. This will involve collaboration with broader technology teams & SOC teams to ensure compliant & secure security practices.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyse, mitigate & respond to security events
• Document incident & event information and produce reports for the following; incidents, exceptions & management
• Develop & maintain documentation for client security controls
• Assist with identifying vulnerabilities and ensure patch currency in
  accordance to Agency standards.

Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge of ISO/ISM standards

This client is looking for a passionate security professional to help maintain the existing Security Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong written & verbal communication skills with a drive to deliver high-quality work inline with the agencies security objectives
