Job Description
We are looking for a Secretary who is fluent in German, English, and ideally French. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality service by efficiently guiding clients, responding to inquiries, and facilitating the online quotation and purchasing process.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls: Answer client inquiries in German and English, providing accurate information.
- Online assistance: Guide both business and individual clients (new to photovoltaics) in navigating the website.
- Quotation creation: Prepare and send quotations through our online platform.
- Request follow-up: Manage and update client information in the CRM system.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Profile
- Languages: Full proficiency in German and English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Sales skills: Experience in a commercial role is a valued asset.
- CRM and online tools knowledge: Comfort with digital tools, particularly CRM systems and e-commerce platforms, is necessary.
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively, respond to client needs, and adapt responses to different profiles (professional or novice).
Working Conditions
- Location: Offices based in Hollerich with the possibility of remote work (up to 1 day per week).
- Working hours: Full-time.
