- Encourage critical thinking and respectful dialogue through classroom discussions and activities.
- Create opportunities for students to reflect on their own beliefs and values in relation to broader religious and ethical questions.
- Assess student learning through a variety of assessment methods, including written assignments, presentations, and group projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organise extracurricular activities and events that promote interfaith dialogue and community engagement.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant qualifications in Religious Education, Theology, or a related field.
- Previous experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of major world religions, ethics, and philosophical perspectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meaningful discussions on sensitive topics.
