Le gestionnaire souhaite redresser la manière dont ses équipes sont dirigées. Il est donc à la recherche d'une ressource qui est solide et rigoureuse, voir même inflexible à certains égards. Toutefois, un côté très humain est également requis puisque des enjeux de neurodiversités sont présents au sein des équipes.

Le Scrum Master sera en charge de 2 équipes. La première est composée de 10 à 12 ressources, alors que la deuxième en contient 6.
Les équipes travaillent sur une vingtaines de projets très variés en simultané puisqu'elles sont une plateforme partagée. A cet effet, le Scrum Master doit être en mesure de gérer les priorités et de les imposer lors de la réalisation.
Le gestionnaire vise à ce que ses équipes soient Agile, mais des réflexes Kanban sont encore présents.

Responsabilités
Accompagner et contribuer à l’organisation de l'équipe de projet de façon à améliorer sa productivité, à atteindre ses objectifs ainsi qu'à éliminer la non-valeur ajoutée et les bloquants.
Organiser et assurer la bonne santé des artéfacts notamment la définition de « terminé » (DoD) et le bon déroulement des cérémonies avec l’équipe.
S’approprier la vision globale des besoins, des opportunités, des problèmes et des enjeux.
Soutenir les Product Owners (PO) dans l'établissement et la mise à jour du carnet de produits.
S’assurer, en collaboration avec le PO, qu’un état d’avancement des travaux à jour est toujours accessible à l’ensemble des parties prenantes.
Assurer une bonne collaboration et une bonne communication en toute transparence entre tous les participants aux travaux.
Aider l’équipe à gérer les risques entourant la livraison de solution et les dépendances.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le partenaire d’affaires, en support au PO (si présent), dans la définition de la vision et la documentation des améliorations.
Amener l’équipe à adopter les comportements et valeurs Lean-Agile et les pratiques encouragés par les centres d’excellences (CoE).
Pour les équipes en mode « projet », soutenir le PO et les gestionnaires à rendre compte de la santé et de la performance de l’équipe et du projet.
Qualifications
DEC en informatique, en administration ou toute autre formation pertinente.
Expérience minimale de 7 ans en technologie de l’information. (sénior)
Expérience prouvée de minimum deux ans à titre de Scrum Master
Certifications considérées comme des atouts :
Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM II) ou plus
SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ACSM)
Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK I)
Posséder de fortes habiletés de négociation, de gestion de conflits ainsi qu’un leadership avéré.
Faire preuve d’une capacité d’analyse qui se démarque et d’un esprit critique orienté vers l’amélioration continue.
Excellente connaissance du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
