We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to help us reach our ambitious goals. As the Associate Director ofSupply Chain, you will be responsible for detailed scheduling of resources – time, people, materials, and equipment - to meet production requirements for therapeutic commercial products and clinical studies. Inaddition to leading the Supply Chain function at the site, inventory management to achieve operational excellence in the short-term and capacity requirement planning for the mid-term will be crucial. You will play a critical role in ensuring the site delivers vital radioligand therapies to our patients. This role reports directly into the Site Head and will be part of the Senior Leadership Team.■About The RoleKey Responsibilities: - Lead and ensure development of the site Supply Chain team. - Manage and continuously improve performance in Supply Chain KPIs from procurement to delivery. Ensure Supply Chain excellence. - Create supply plans which incorporate the production plan and logistics plan. Ensure production plans are accurately reflected in all systems. - Optimize deployment of inventory to achieve target Customer Service levels. Own the supply risk management process for the site. - Ensures optimization of the logistic platform including warehousing (internal and external), distribution, and transportation. - Manage the development, negotiation and implementation of contract agreements with suppliers and, where applicable, in collaboration with Global Procurement. - Responsible for Supply Chain budget and expenses.

■Essential Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Nuclear Medicine Technologist or relevant field
- 7 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry including prior Supply Chain experience
- Highly organized with strong orientation process / project management orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrates strong personal ethics and responsibility to purpose

■Desirable Requirements
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Prior experience in or knowledge of Nuclear Medicine industry
- APICS certification or equivalent
