On behalf of our client company, we are currently looking for a Scientist.
In this role, you will work in a QC Bioassay Lab, supporting the Biologics Analytical Department. The department focuses on the release and stability testing of biological drug substances, method development, and raw material and in-process testing. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in biochemical analytical methods, particularly ELISA and cell culture techniques, with experience in a GMP environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Culturing human cell lines, including CHO cells, T cells, and B cells.
- Preparing sterile culture media and buffers.
- Conducting mycoplasma assays and sterility checks.
- Performing analytical method validation and bridging in the laboratory.
- Establishing ELISA-based techniques and supporting method transfers.
- Troubleshooting methods and equipment, improving lab processes.
- Conducting release and stability testing of biologics under cGMP.
- Documenting activities in an electronic laboratory notebook following cGMP guidelines.
- Supporting equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
Must Haves
- Education as a Laboratory Technician EFZ or a scientific Bachelor’s degree.
- Hands-on experience with ELISA-based or cell culture techniques.
- Work experience in a GMP laboratory environment.
- Proficiency in English for communication and documentation; German is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
