Compass Community School Staffordshire is an independent secondary school for boys aged 11-17 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), often alongside SEND such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. The Role
We are looking for a Science Teacher to deliver engaging lessons spanning Entry Level, Functional Skills, Key Stage 3, and GCSE. You will:
- Create exciting, relevant learning experiences that inspire and challenge students.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet individual needs.
- Build strong, positive relationships with students and manage behaviours with empathy and consistency.
- Contribute to curriculum development and participate in extra-curricular activities.
