Randstad Education is looking for a SEND Administrator who has the dedication and passion to work at a school. This is a full time role, 36 hours a week and you will be expected to work Monday to Friday.

Responsible for this role:
- To provide personal, administrative and organisational support to the SENDCo To maintain and manage the SENDCo diary
- To chair Medical Care Plan meetings on behalf of the school and contribute to and distribute Care Plans in consultation with other professional and parents
- To arrange medical training for school staff in consultation with medical professionals
- To arrange medical induction procedures for new pupils
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date SEND information on the School's management information system
- To represent the school in a professional and welcoming manner
- Working within the SEN department
- Ensure reprographics requests are fulfilled on time; Undertake general administrative procedures
These are some of the requirements that we need from you :
- Experience of working with school in a SEND Administrative role
- Ability to interact effectively with staff, parents, pupils and outside agencies
- Ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
- Good working knowledge of SEND,including relevant policies/codes of practice of and awareness
- Right to work in the UK is essential
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and databases
