We are seeking to appoint a highly efficient and organised Receptionist/Administrator to provide a professional and welcoming reception and to carry out administrative tasks as necessary.

Responsibilities of working on this position:
- General administration duties including formatting and sending correspondence, diary management, and responding to student and teacher enquiries
- Become a SIMS user and produce reports as when requested
- Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files
- Act as the school's first aid coordinator
- Assist the needs of organisations, contractors, and both prospective and current parents' enquiries
- To liaise with the site team to ensure reception and communal staff areas are kept tidy and well-stocked
These are some of the requirements that we need from you :
- Previous experience working in a school or administrative
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent communication, confidentiality and professional skills
- Ability to work with direct supervision and determine own workload priorities
