Due to the increasing demand, a set of our local schools in Lancaster are seeking Receptionists who can help make everyone feel welcome from the moment they step through our doors. As the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and organised atmosphere within our school community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Whether it's a phone call or a friendly visitor, you'll be the first person people meet. Your smile and professionalism will set the tone for their day!
- Help Our School Run Smoothly: From managing appointments to ensuring our systems are organised, you'll help coordinate the day-to-day operations of the school office.
- Support Our Students and Staff: You'll assist with various admin tasks, greet parents, handle deliveries, and be an invaluable part of the school community.
- Create a Positive Atmosphere: With your positive energy and excellent customer service, you'll be at the heart of the school, helping to maintain an environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported.

Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
