We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and detail-oriented School Receptionist to join the school's administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, a professional demeanor and a passion for supporting the school environment.
The position will begin as soon as possible and the candidate should expect to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities of this position involve the following:
... - Ensure visitors check into the school for safeguarding purpose
- Assist the needs of organisations, contractors and current parents' enquiries
- Act as the school's first aid co-ordinator
- To communicate with the site staff in order to maintain clean and supplied staff spaces and reception
- Maintain accurate pupil information and files and ensure correlation to hard files
- Act as the school's ambassador by fielding calls and welcoming visitors
- Regular admin duties include managing an account, preparing and mailing letters and handling enquiries for teachers and students

Requirements for this role:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Previous Reception work experience, preferably within a school environment
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of Reception activities
