A wonderful opportunity is available for a compassionate and driven individual to become a professional School HR Officer in a fast-paced environment by joining our dedicated team.
This full-time role is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The main targets of successful candidate will be:
... - Identify and recruit qualified candidates for different roles across departments
- Manage payroll and ensure employees receive their pay on time
- Identify where employees can improve with the help of department heads and create training strategies
- Organise training and development activities
- Manage employee safety and wellness within the organisation
- Organise periodic performance appraisals
- Negotiate salaries with potential employees
- Draft employee contracts before on boarding
- On board new candidates and introduce them to others in the organisation
- Provide counselling support to employees who require help

Here are the requirements we need from you:
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
- Enhanced DBS is required on the update service or Randstad will help you get a new one
- Experience of working as an HR officer in a school is preferable
- 2 previous proven references
- Ability to use basic computer skills, such as email and data entry
- Experience of using SIMS or similar database
- Effective communication and attention to detail skills
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with private matters
