We are seeking a committed, hardworking School HR Assistant with exceptional attention to detail. The role will start as soon as possible and the candidate will be expected to work 8:00am to 4:00 Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of this position involve the following:
- Manage all aspects of recruiting, including advertising, interviews and selection
- Create and handle HR paperwork, such as letters, reports and contracts
- Keep up with modifications to employment laws and make sure school policies are updated
- Organise and carry out employee orientations to guarantee a seamless onboarding process
- To manage the coordination of HR review meetings alongside senior leaders and the schools external HR service provider
- Administer HR-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, leavers and amendments
Requirements for this role:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- 2 recent professional references
- Previous HR Assistant experience, preferably within a school environment
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of HR Assistant activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
