Randstad Education is seeking a responsible and experienced Caretaker who has experience in maintaining school facilities, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and providing reliable support for day-to-day operations.

Pay Rate: £75-80 per day

Essentials of this role:
- Enhanced DBS on the updated service
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Professional references with clean records
- Relevant experience in maintaining the premises
- Knowledge on Health and safety procedures is desirable
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring that classrooms, offices, and other areas are in good condition.
- Ensuring that school security measures are followed.
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Monitor heating, lighting, and alarm systems
- Carry out regular health and safety checks
- Assist with setting up for school events and functions
- Respond to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues
