The main targets of successful candidate will be:
... - To draw up and implement a Careers Plan in conjunction with the Careers Leader
- Providing high quality impartial information, advice and guidance to help people make realistic choices about education
- To provide general high quality impartial information, advice and guidance to students about a range of issues, such as careers, education, employment and training, housing, money, health, employability skills, university and college applications, job applications and N.I. issues
- To organise events for students to meet employers
- To work with SEND students to help their career profile in terms of their complex learning and emotional needs
- To track students' intended and actual destinations and keep records of interactions and decisions securely and logically

Here are the requirements we need from you:
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
- Enhanced DBS is required on the update service or Randstad will help you get a new one
- 2 previous proven references
- Experience of working as a Careers officer in a school is preferable
- Effective communication and attention to detail skills
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with private matters
