... Interact with learners and staff (teachers, nurses, learner services...) to form strong relationships with the school community
Make sure learners are safe, happy and looked after at all times
Help to resolve conflicts between learners that may arise during lunch or break times
Be aware of, maintain and enforce any essential agreements that have been put in place by the school such as where learners are allowed to go, who they car play with and use of technology in any given space.
To have regular contact and feedback with the school management
To pass on any safeguarding concerns that may arise as part of your role
Involvement in whole school events and activities as required.
To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and reporting manager/link
Working hours : 9.30am - 2.30pm
skills and experience required
- Good to have 2 years of experience in business administration/ customer service
- Must have good knowledge on Microsoft office/ Excel functions
- You should be well-presented, able to present yourself professionally to interact with the guests & stakeholders at all levels.
