This is an exciting opportunity for an Admissions Assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with well-developed people skills, an eye for detail and excellent digital literacy.
This is a full time role and you will be expected to work from 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Main responsibilities for this role:
... - Manage the school's waiting lists and all communication with potential parents in accordance with the admissions policy
- Update school database with all relevant data in preparation for school census returns
- Respond to all admission enquiries, advising new and prospective students and parents of school procedures and admissions criteria
- Arrange, manage and participate in school events including promotion within local schools
- Produce proof of address and proof of on roll letters as required
- Provide all staff with information on new arrivals
- Prepare submissions for and represent appeals meetings on behalf of the school

Knowledge and Skills required for this role:
- Previous experience dealing with Admissions in schools
- 2 recent professional references
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential)
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative
