You will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective running of school administration, including a wide range of areas such as
- Finance
- General and Pupil Administration
- HR
- Facilities and Site Maintenance
- ICT
- Health and Safety
Your duties will include but is not limited to:
- Preparing, collating and editing reports
- Maintaining and updating manual and computerised records.
- Organising and facilitating events
- Support the induction of new staff to the school
- Provide support to the recruitment and on-boarding processes of staff.
- Provide support for HR to include sickness absence reporting and keeping training records up to date
- Reception cover
- Service meetings as requested
What you will need:
- Experience of working in a school environment - ideal but not essential
- Excellent organisation skills
- The ability to work in a busy and demanding environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to be discreet and protect confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Powerpoint and ability to use range of databases
