I am working with an outstanding SEN School in Lambeth who is looking to appoint an experienced School Administrator to a temporary position until the end of the academic year.

SCHOOL BASED EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

The posts are full time, Monday to Friday 35 hours a week

The skills

- Excellent administrative and ICT skills (including SIMS and FMS) and the ability to multi-task.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Can be flexible and supportive.- The ability to work with high levels of tact, confidentiality and discretion, especially when dealing with pupils and parents.
- At least 12 months previous experience of working within a school.

The role

- Day to day finance procedures, including order processing, invoicing and reconciliations.
- Dealing with petty cash.
- Supporting parents, pupils and staff with queries
- Being the first port of call in the office and dealing with telephone calls and emails
- Supporting another member of staff with attendance matters on SIMS
- Ad hoc admin as required by the Head teacher.
- Potentially assisting with any HR administration.
- Assist with any school lettings.

These are some of the requirements that we need from you:

• Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one which Randstad can support you on
• Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
• Proof of your eligibility to work in the UK together with a few other documents
• 2 recent professional references
