We are excited to be recruiting a School Administrator to support our school with talented staff and outstanding provision.
This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday.

Some of your main responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the school staff and leadership team
- Assist with the maintenance of student records and databases
- Manage incoming calls, emails and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist with organising and preparing documentation, reports and presentations
- Maintain and update leads, databases, and filing systems efficiently and accurately
- Collect, compile and analyse data from various sources to generate meaningful insights
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry, validation and maintenance of databases
- Organise and categorise datasets accurately to facilitate easy retrieval and analysis
Some of your requirements to earn this role:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting
- Eligibility to work in the UK is ESSENTIAL (sponsorship is not available with this role)
- DBS on a update service is a must
- 2 recent relevant preference
- Considerable experience of the school computerised database SIMS or another similar school based system
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set and work to agreed targets and work schedule
- Excellent attention to detail
