Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring the right skills are matched with client needs across healthcare, aged care, and NFP settings.
- Prepare and distribute schedules in advance, keeping all team members and stakeholders informed.
- Adapt schedules to meet evolving service requirements and staff availability, while minimising disruptions.
- Optimise staffing efficiency by managing leave, reducing overtime, and meeting KPIs for service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Provide staffing solutions when necessary, including liaising with external service providers.
- Maintain accurate scheduling data, address queries, and communicate updates clearly and promptly.
- Act as a liaison between the organisation, clients, field staff, and external partners to ensure seamless daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in scheduling or rostering within the healthcare, aged care, or NFP sectors.
- Proficiency in scheduling software or rostering systems used in these industries.
- Strong organisational skills and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of employment agreements, awards, and best practices in scheduling.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with sector-specific standards and WHS policies, with a commitment to quality care.
