Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments between residents and tradespeople
- Provide outstanding customer service, handling resident queries and changes
- Reschedule appointments with planning tools and update job management systems
- Collaborate with Supervisors and tradespeople to keep work on track
Requirements:
- Call centre experience
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
