Bachelor’s degree together with at least five years of work experience.
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in position management and data maintenance. (This is a must have!).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and manage complex data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in writing process documentation. Good command in both Dutch and English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR processes and practices, especially in relation to FTE management and organizational alignment.
