...As a SAP SuccessFactors consultant, you will be part of exciting digital transformation projects Human resources areas on our Global Clients. Your role will focus on SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects across Human resources areas, from the first assessment until project handover. You will take part on all project activities like business requirements assessments, perform design workshops, implement and optimize processes, user training, UAT, solution deploy and Go Live support. You will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment where your ideas and motivation will be highly valued.
Your role will focus on, but not be restricted to, delivering value in design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will be part of a motivated, experienced and international team creating business impact for our clients.
You completed your degree in economics, business, marketing, (business) informatics or similar
You have at least 2 years experience as a SAP SuccessFactors functional consultant with good exposure to more then one SuccessFactors Module
You have solid experience in one of the following SAP project activities configuration SuccessFactors: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Compensation or Integration of SuccessFactors with other systems (SAP and non SAP)
You have full working proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
An understanding of technologies and processes of the Human Resources departments is an advantage
SAP Certifications or other technical proven certifications are an advantage
