As part of the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, we are entering the testing phase. The project involves multiple sites, including manufacturing, commercial, and financial sites. Currently, we are focusing on the Manufacturing division, where the role of the Local Key User is crucial for the success of the project.Responsibilities:

Contribution to Project Activities:

• Participate in testing activities as part of the migration, especially in verifying data migration.
• Actively participate in validation tests.
• Contribute to training activities to train end users.

Documentation and Process Translation:

• Participate in system documentation delivered by the project and ensure its translation into SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in collaboration with the project team.
• First Point of Contact for Users:
• Serve as the first-level point of contact for all field users, including operators and other local users.
• Assist in resolving issues faced by users during testing and training phases.

Collaboration and Support:- Work closely with Local Key Users and project teams.

• Regularly connect with end users and other Local Key Users to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
• Provide support to other members of the Key User community, under the supervision of the managers

The requirements for this positions of SAP S/4 - Local Key User PP-PI are:

•  SAP Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP, particularly in the PP (Production Planning) and PI (Process Integration) modules, is essential.
•  Manufacturing Process Knowledge: Experience with manufacturing processes, especially in the pharma and bio-pharma sectors.
• MES Interaction: The SAP PP PI module interacts with a MES (Manufacturing Execution System), which could be an additional asset.

GMP Process Expertise:

• Expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is necessary to ensure compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.

Language Skills:

• French is mandatory, and English is necessary for communication with international teams.
  
  Autonomy and Flexibility:

• The candidate should quickly become autonomous in the role and be able to work flexibly based on project and production needs.

• Remote Work:
• While remote work is possible at the beginning, being on-site is preferred. Later, there may be an option for 3 days on-site per week, with flexibility based on production requirements.
  
  Team and Support:You will be integrated into a Key User community managed by your manager, with around ten Key Users at the Braine site (including production, warehouse, maintenance, commercial areas).
