Covering Adelaide metro, the Riverland and the Northern Territiory, an exciting opportunity has opened for an Area Sales Manager to join the LED Group’s SA team. The company’s high level of success and growth sees the need for a high quality and experienced business development expert to join the team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a result focused professional who has a strong appreciation of relationship development and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive account management of clients.
- Develop and expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities and solutions.
- Identify and develop industry relationships including contractors and end users to expand revenue opportunities and growth.
- Managing the sales project pipeline including taking leads and prospects through to placement of orders.
- Respond to quotation requests in a timely manner.
- Aiding the State Manager to develop the next generation of products to bring to market.
- Meet and exceed KPI’s.
Your skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Business/ Sales/ Account Management with a stable employment history.
- Ideally lighting or electrical industry experience, but open to non-industry experienced candidates
- Recent experience within the lighting industry or sales to the wholesale sector will be highly regarded.
- Proven track record initiating, developing and maintaining long term client relationships to meet sales targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to identify opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- The ability to think on your feet and make decisions quickly
- Excellent client relationship management skills and strong customer focus.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, committed, team focused and reliable.
- Current drivers licence with a clean record.
