Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with financial services cloud users to understand their specific business requirements, regulatory constraints, and objectives related to client relationship management.
Design and architect Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Configure and customize FSC components, including client profiles, householding, financial accounts, and referrals, to meet the unique needs of financial institutions.
Integrate FSC with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Data Cloud as well as third-party applications, to streamline processes and enhance functionality.
Provide expert guidance on industry-specific features and functionalities within FSC, such as financial account aggregation, compliance tools, and client segmentation.
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, user story documentation, development, testing, deployment, and training.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower clients and stakeholders in maximizing the value of Financial Services Cloud.
Stay informed about the latest Salesforce updates, regulatory changes, and industry trends in the financial services sector, and provide recommendations for compliance and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and ROI.
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant, or equivalent.
Proven experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for financial institutions, banks, or wealth management firms.
Deep understanding of financial services industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Experience working in a consulting environment within the financial services sector is a plus.
