You'll work closely with a Territory Sales Manager, developing targeted account strategies, learning sales techniques and mastering the technology. ・Proven track record of sales performance in automation or similar industry.
・Uses defined sales process to deliver desired results on a consistent basis.
・Action and result-oriented mindset
・Ability to solve technical problems and learn new automation technology
・Ability to work independently in field sales environment with limited overnight travel (up to
20%)
・Willingness to relocate and pursue career ambition outside of familiar surroundings
・Good listening communication skills
・Fit company's culture of Work Hard, Play Hard and Move Fast
・PC literate with a working knowledge of MS Windows applications
■Minimum Education and Work Experience Required
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
・Proven sales experience and a good track record for exceeding sales targets is required.
・Experience in selling technical products to all levels of an organization is required.
・1-3 years automation product direct sales experience.
