Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Carry out sales activities and develop specific customer strategic plans to maximize efficiency and sales opportunities in line with the Company’s technical capability and Services strategic plans.
- Formulate business strategy development direction through market analysis, determine key customers to support the EMS business base, and improve customer business stability and loyalty through frequent visits and customer interaction.
- Be responsible for sales target, report to Head of Sales, Services China and GM of Services monthly about the order and delivery status.
- Liaise and visit with customers, keeping regular contact either face to face, phone or email.
- Investigate/research and develop opportunities for new customers in line with the company strategic plans.
- Compile list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, networking and other sources.
- Enter new customer data and update relevant sales data into CRM database.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 5+ years relevant working experiences as a sales.
- At least 3 year’s experience in motor business (experience in motor service business is preferred
- Good knowledge of traction motor, generator, and other rotating equipment
- Expertise and knowledge of high voltage / DC motor / Generator
- Be able to work overtime when required.
