Your New Role:
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in delivering top-notch customer experiences and offering valuable product insights to bolster the sales team. Under the guidance of a supportive Customer Service Manager, you’ll ensure smooth operations from order placement to delivery, playing a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer orders via phone and email using SAP, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, providing timely updates on order status and delivery times.
- Professionally address customer questions and foster positive relationships.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers to oversee order timelines and logistics requirements.
- Ensure accurate entry of new customer details into the database for seamless onboarding.
- Provide outstanding support and product expertise to existing customers, encouraging repeat business.
