Main Responsibilities & Tasks: - Answer phone calls from customers/sales reps and handle pre-sales enquiries. Thisincludes customer’s questionnaires - Participate with other support functions to distribute e-mails to relevant departments - Check incoming letters/mails and distribute to Sales for follow-up - Generate quotes whenever sales cannot use the self-service CPQ tool - Check delivery times in pre-sales enquiries with internal departments - Match our products and orders with quotes stored in SFDC and ensure that the End User Customer Number in the Quotation is properly set up in SAP.Verify that our product configuration is legible in the quotation/purchase order. Forward the purchase order to OPM for order processing - Maintain/register end user data in SAP/SFDC via NWBC, by submitting the prospect into a customer account once the purchase order is received. - Perform daily check on suspended orders in the database; identify reason and re-process the suspended orders. This includes updating the SAP Quotation Number intothe special pricing order; and for non-pricing issue to re-send or forward it via e-mail(starting later this year due still working on the system development) to otherdepartments - Maintain All customer master data in ERP and working closely with Customer Service - Create/maintain SAP Quotation to support orders once a special priceCPQ had been created by Sales Rep and approved in SFDC - Maintain local JPY price list with FAS (ex-product marketing) team for products and Head of Sales - Create SAP promo code to support FAS/Marketing campaigns - Manage regulatory and/or technical documents (price certificate, Japan dealercertificate, SDS, etc) - E-mail price list, product catalogues, customer notification letters and/or otherinformation to all dealers and maintain centralized e-mail mailing list - Identify new tenders and complete tender documents with supervision (tendermanagement – this needs to be discussed with the sales team, since we normallyparticipate via dealers) - Create leads for sales in Salesforce based on incoming requests through generalmailbox, phone enquiries and send to Sales for follow-up - Arrange samples and demos to support opportunities (This can be shared withother teams since they need to track and make follow ups)

- Academic degree (any subject)
- Good communication and team working skills
- Positive, proactive mindset
- Analytical skills
- Service and detail orientated
- Native-level Japanese language skills
- Basic spoken and written English
■Ideal
- Academic degree in business administration or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in sales administration
- Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, SAP and salesforce.com
