Pozíció leírása / Job description- Supporting the sales team to ensure comprehensive customer service.
- Managing the entire order process (customer and supplier orders, confirmations, shipping, logistics, invoicing).
- Handling supplier and sales contracts.
- Providing administrative support, maintaining reports and records.
- Utilizing management systems (NAVISION, SAP) for operational efficiency.
- Maintaining the Navision database (updating prices, managing customer/product records).
- A secondary or higher education qualification (preferably in commerce or economics).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (commercial assistance, back office, logistics assistant).
- Confident, active English language skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Precise, efficient, and high-quality work ethic.
- Confident verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented, service-minded personality.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
