Our reputable client is currently recruiting professional talents with administrative and operational experience who are specialized in the insurance sector. The incumbent plays a pivotal role in providing support to the distribution team.

- Manage and oversee insurance applications precisely within the required processing timeframes including due diligence checking, verification of entry proofs, pending follow-ups, document verification, and payment processes.
- Handle enquiries and administrative work for the distribution team to ensure a seamless experience for our business partners during both the business submission and post-sales service processes.
- Respond to brokers’ service service requests with follow up and update the client’s requests in a timely manner by collaborating with other departments
- Collaborate i) within Distribution / Distribution services function, ii) internally with Product, Operation or Marketing function and iii) externally for coordinating marketing and sales-related activities, such as brokers seminars, delivering of marketing / promotion materials, and events and customers visits in regards to invitation, venue logistic, refreshment, seminars/event material and etc.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- IIQE licenses 1, 3 & 5 are NECESSARY.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales support role within insurance. Experience with brokers is a PLUS.
- Solid knowledge and experience in life insurance.
- Strong business acumen and detail-minded character are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Talent with more experience will be considered as senior officer.
