We are looking for a Sales Support & Marketing Executive to join a growing trading and wholesale company specializing in road safety products.

Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Selangor

The Role

Provide in-house sales support, including data entry and processing orders collected by the sales team.
Manage telemarketing activities, engaging with clients using provided customer lists.
Deliver excellent customer service to existing clients and assist with inquiries related to orders and product availability.
Update and manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook) to support marketing efforts.
Assist in planning and executing basic marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations and client satisfaction.

The Requirements

Diploma or equivalent experience in sales support or marketing.
Experience in telemarketing, customer engagement, and order processing.
Basic knowledge of social media management and marketing activities.
