As our Sales Support Manager, youâll lead and coach a team of 4â5 team members who support two first contact Sales Representatives. Each support member is assigned to a rep, ensuring smooth follow-through from first contact to product delivery. Youâll be key in overseeing day-to-day operations, solving problems, streamlining communication, and building team cohesion.
This is a high-impact, full-time, on-site role with long-term potential. Youâll work directly with company leadership and play a crucial role in scaling our internal processes.

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Sales Support team
Assign tasks and track progress on client projects
Coach and support team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Facilitate weekly internal meetings across sales and production
Maintain the internal calendar and CRM systems
Monitor sales cycle from A to Z and resolve issues as they arise
Support smooth internal communication and workflow
Qualifications

What You Bring
Proven experience in sales support, client services, or operations management
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience in a B2B environment; promotional product knowledge is an asset
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting (80% of tasks are urgent)
Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities
Perfectly fluent in English; French is an asset
Must be available for on-site work daily (remote work is not an option due to the nature of approvals, samples, and physical materials)
Summary
Location: On-site, Montreal (QC)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9amâ5pm
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: ASAP â ideally before May
Salary Range: $60Kâ$80K depending on experience
Bonus Structure: Annual (based on company performance)
