・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
・Proficiency in English and Japanese (business level fluency preferred).
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

・Experience in the marine or related industries is a plus.
・Project management experience is desirable.
