Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role are:
- Sales prospecting (cold calling, lead follow-up, email campaigns)
- Understanding client needs (highlighting products to meet their needs)
- Capturing and tracking client needs in the database
- Meeting sales objectives (KPIs, financial) and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (prospecting, cold calling)
- Fully bilingual communication (the parent company is based in the United States)
- High school diploma
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Active listening and outstanding customer service skills
- Sales acumen and the ability to meet objectives
- Initiative, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively in a team
