The Sales Operation Manager is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness for the client's sales operations across Van Sales, Value Discounter Accounts, and Distributor channels. The role aims to maximise sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless coordination between sales teams and other departments. By developing strategic sales plans, optimising sales processes, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts and distributors, the Sales Operations Manager will contribute significantly to the company’s growth and market presence.

- Build relationships with distributors and value discount accounts to effectively address challenges. Handle any issues or concerns, and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for resolution.
- Oversee the Van Sales team to ensure efficient route planning and sales execution while implementing sales promotions and incentives to enhance van sales performance.
- Monitor stock inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment and
accuracy.
- Minimum Diploma holder with relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG industry, relevant experience to the position will be an added advantage
- Able to work in Rawang
