- Lead sales and market development for automation equipment (conveyor systems and components)
- Develop sales strategies and targets, achieve annual sales goals
- Develop and maintain client relationships in automotive and food industries
- Handle project quotations, business negotiations, and contract signing
- Coordinate with technical team for solution development and customer needs
- Manage sales team and guide team members' business development
- Collect market intelligence, analyze competitors, and provide strategic recommendations
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in automation equipment sales, 2+ years team management experience
- Familiar with automotive or food industry automation production lines and technical standards
- Strong business negotiation and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and team collaboration abilities
- Willing to travel frequently
