■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in tele-sales/inside-sales with a proven track record of success.
・5+ years of experience in a management role, leading and developing teams.
・Experience in B2B value selling.
・Proven ability to plan and execute action plans to improve KPIs.
・Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
・Fluent in oral and written Japanese and English.
・Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Bachelor's degree or higher.
