- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the East China region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence, and secure new clients.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical support) to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales performance, preferably in medical devices or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of the medical device industry and regulatory requirements in China.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
