Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the organization and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing following the sales strategies, managing sales operations, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage and oversee the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Establish robust and efficient distribution network and maintain good value chain.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.
- Work closely with marketing and BTL teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Analyse sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, follow philosophy and respect culture. as well as industry regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management.
- Ready to work flexible days and hours as per company requirement
Qualifications:
- Any higher education or Bachelor’s degree in sales Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.(FMCG industry preferred)
- Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers and partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans in line with company objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Discipline and punctuality is important.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven attitude. Adopt multitasking.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft knowledge, word, excel, PowerPoint to submit all the reports details to management.
- Should have valid Two-wheeler and four-wheeler licence for market visit.
