Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities include,
-Lead organic lead generation initiatives and devise expansion strategies into new markets.
-Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
-Manage and mentor a sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
-Develop and oversee sales budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
-Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to company management.
-Collaborate with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize lead opportunities.
-Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
-Analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategy accordingly.
-Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to recruit qualified candidates efficiently.
Qualifications
As a Sales Manager, you must possess:
-Business degree or equivalent working experience
-Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- 5-10 years of sales leadership in business-to-consumer sales experience and developing and leading a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and training skills to all levels.
- Possess innovative market development skills
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and clear driver abstract.
- Flexibility and adaptability; high capacity to work in and lead an evolving organization; establishing new processes.
