Responsibilities
- Meeting sales & financial goals of business
- Mid & Long-Range Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Meeting with existing clients for business retention & expansion
- Business development activities for selling of our existing products
- Developing sales strategies to increase business volume
- Drive effective customer service and manage key accounts
- Sending MIS to the management in a timely manner
- Provide market intelligence about the competitor products to the management
- Provide insights and suggestions for development of new range of products
- Coordinating with Supply Chain for order & sample dispatch to customers
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors in Plastic / Polymer Engineering
- Minimum 3-10 years of experience in the sales of Engineering Plastics (preferably Polyamides)
- Proficiency with handling sales operations independently
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
