In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new opportunities from the ground up, specifically targeting HR professionals. Your goal is to convince HR professionals to adopt and integrate your platform within their organizations for their employees. Aside to that, you will be assisting the Business Development team on looking at new potential merchants to acquire as well. All in all, you would be instrumental in driving sales, managing pipelines, and fostering strong client relationships.
about the manager/team
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely to drive revenue for the organization. This direct relationship will allow you to influence decisions and make swift, impactful choices. You will be working closely with the Business Development team as well.
skills and experience required
You should ideally come with minimally 3 years of sales experience within the technology industry, ideally b2b sales, with a good network of HR professionals as contacts. You are required to be a strong hunter, bringing in brand new deals from scratch for the organisation.
