You will directly report to the east region sales head, and lead a team of 2 people. Internally, coordinate with the supply chain, quality, product, marketing team.
about the job.
According to the company's marketing strategy, formulate sales plans for special channels, be responsible for the development and customer management of dealers, distributors and corresponding channels for special channels (tea & catering & industrial & welfare gifts, etc.), and lead the team to achieve performance goals.
- According to the company's marketing strategy, formulate sales plans for special channels, as well as the planning and layout of catering/tea drink dealers, distributors, and tea drink channel outlets;
- Responsible for the development and customer management of dealers, distributors and corresponding channels of special channels (tea & catering & industrial & welfare gifts, etc.), and monitor the dealers/distributors and distributors of special channels according to the company’s performance indicator requirements. The sales team conducts performance management work such as goal decomposition and sales achievement;
- Responsible for the management and service of special channel dealers and important special customers, and responsible for sales collection management, product sales and inventory management of catering channels within the jurisdiction;
- Actively establish and improve customer networks in key channels; collect and analyze regional market and competitor products, prices, policies and other information;
- Guide and manage regional dealers, and help dealers receive appropriate training according to the company's arrangements;
- Responsible for the management, training and assessment of the Tetong channel sales team, as well as sales team building;
skills and experience required.
- College degree or above, marketing and other related majors are preferred.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry, including more than 1 year of experience in regional team management;
- Have rich experience in market development;
- Priority will be given to those who have tea beverage channel fast-moving consumer goods dealers, distributors or other mid-to-high-end venue channel resources;
- Have certain data analysis capabilities, be able to analyze product and market data, and use this as a basis to promote product and activity improvements;
- Have a sense of responsibility, master negotiation skills, be good at identifying and solving problems, and have excellent teamwork spirit;
- Good communication and coordination skills, efficient execution, and result-oriented.
- Proficient in operating OFFICE software.
